You can reach us about anything on this page at our contact page.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Only the suppliers who make this service work: the platform that hosts this website and our booking records (which also works out the approximate town and country a visit comes from, for the statistics below), and the services that deliver our confirmation emails and text messages. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Booking and invoice records are kept for six years, which is the period UK tax law requires. Your account and vehicle details are kept while your account is open. If you ask us to close it, we delete what we are not required to keep.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
Ask us at our contact page and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
To show us how this website is used, we count visits without using cookies. For each page view we record the page, the page that linked to it (without any search terms or codes in its address), whether you were signed in, the type of device, and the approximate town and country. Instead of storing your IP address, we turn it into a code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address, so we can count visitors without recognising anyone from one day to the next.
These statistics are only used to understand how the site is used. They are never used for advertising and are not shared with anyone except the suppliers above. They are deleted after 6 months. You can opt out at any time:
